About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer or respond to customer enquiries with aim to resolve on first point of contact
- Process service requests received via phone, web platform and email
- Assist operations team with resolving any service delivery delays or issues
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling critical and sensitive customer data
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge

About you:
- takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
- can effectively manage a variety of situations with a positive attitude
- you are comfortable working with computer systems
- have prior customer service experience
- eager to learn and grow through feedback and development opportunities
- experience in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- must be comfortable in busy fast paced environment
- must be available for to start within a weeks notice of interviewing for the role
